Starting today, FIRST® LEGO® League teams and individuals based in the U.S. and Canada looking to join the program for the 2026-2027 BIOGLOW™ season can create an account or log in to a refreshed FIRST® Dashboard experience.
This refreshed Dashboard experience brings many improvements to team management, youth registration, and the create-a-team process.

Create-a-Team Process Updates
With the introduction of FIRST LEGO League BIOGLOW Future Edition and LEGO® Education Computer Science & AI kits, the create-a-team process has been expanded to help guide new users through a series of questions to determine their participation option(s).
Based on LEGO® Education technology the team works with, users can select a suitable participation option:
- BIOGLOW Founders Edition, requiring access to LEGO® Education SPIKE™ technology (Essential or Prime).
- BIOGLOW Future Edition, requiring access to LEGO Education Computer Science & AI kits.
- Teams with access to both technologies can choose to participate in both editions by registering one team for Founders Edition and a separate team for Future Edition.
Coming soon: to help returning teams quickly create a Future Edition team using their existing FIRST LEGO League team information, a “copy information” option will be available from the team profile.
Financial Guarantor Set Up
If your team or Class Pack plans to apply a sales tax exemption certificate or purchase their registration or product using a purchase order, the team or Class Pack profile will need to be associated with a financial guarantor.
You can search or set up your financial guarantor now from the “Team/Account Finances” tab using an organization or institution EIN (or international equivalent).

Update Your Team’s Participation Plans
If you’re a returning FIRST LEGO League team or Class Pack account, you can update your intent to participate in the BIOGLOW season now on the updated individual team or Class Pack profile.
Sharing your intent to participate early gives you direct access to season-specific communications tailored for participating teams and Class Packs. Before the FIRST Storefront opens, only teams and Class Packs who share their intent to participate or directly subscribe will receive the BIOGLOW team blast communications.
