Celebrating FIRST Changemakers

We love seeing all the great work from teams around the world on social media and have been doing weekly roundups on our channels. Check out the latest below and see more on the FIRST RISE Rewind. Be sure to post your own teams efforts with #FIRSTFFC!

FIRST teams across the globe are using what resources they have, STEM skills, and FIRST values to lend a helping hand to their communities as the world continues to navigate the COVID-19 crisis. We are proud and inspired to see FIRST teams donating safety glasses to the healthcare industry, dropping off hand sanitizing wipes to local businesses in need, sewing face masks for local nursing homes, and using social media to encourage others to be a #ForceForChange and lift spirits during this unprecedented time. Amid a global crisis, the FIRST community has chosen to problem solve and help others.

From development to delivery, FIRST teams, mentors, and coaches are dedicating their time to 3D printing and providing face shields to help protect medical professionals on the frontlines.

FIRST teams around the world are leveraging their skills and resources to make an impact during the COVID-19 pandemic. Students, along with their mentors and coaches, are making a difference from a distance by 3D printing PPE masks and donating them to healthcare facilities and essential job functions in need. We are so proud of the steps the FIRST community is taking to be a Force for Change during this unprecedented time.
