New Add Funds to Credit Feature

We’re thrilled to share an update that will make managing FIRST Robotics Competition payments even easier! 🎉We hope this new feature helps teams with making payments for FIRST Championship and future seasons.

We’ve introduced a new feature designed specifically for teams that need to make multiple credit card payments to cover their balance. With the new "Add Funds to Credit" option on your team’s account, you can now make payments up to the maximum amount of your current balance due, all in one convenient place.

To help you get started, we’ve included a screenshot below showing where to find this feature on your user dashboard. Please note that this enhancement is exclusively for credit card payments.

Locate “Funds and Grants” on your dashboard.

Select “Add Funds to Credit”

Once your payment is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details, including the amount paid and a handy link to step-by-step instructions for completing the checkout process. This guide will help you quickly finalize your order with ease!
