Lee Doucette has headed the Youth Protection Program for the last 5 years.  The Youth Protection Program (YPP) manages the background screening processes for the U.S. and Canada, provides training in best practices in youth protection, and investigates reports of concern from coaches, mentors, volunteers, parents, and students. 

Prior to the creation of the Youth Protection Program, Lee was a Partner Services Manager on the FIRST LEGO League team for three years. Previous work experiences include eight years as the Executive Director of The Daycare Center, Inc. located in Norwich, Vermont and Hanover, New Hampshire; six years as Executive Assistant to the Headmaster, at Kimball Union Academy, Meriden, New Hampshire; and three years as Executive Assistant at Conflict Management Group, located in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

Lee attended the University of New Hampshire .
