Kickoff is Coming

We wanted to provide some information about the AprilTags and their mounting panels for the 2025 season. This information allows teams to start preparing or purchasing tags in advance if they choose.
Tag Family
The tag family used for the 2025 season is the same that was used in 2024: 36h11
Tag IDs
The 2025 field will use IDs 1-22.
Tag Size & Panel Design
The tag size is the same as used for the 2024 season. The entire 2025 field uses the plastic panel design that was used on the 2024 field for the SPEAKER, SOURCE, and AMP.
Tag Panel Drawings
Drawings for the AprilTags and panels can be found in the evergreen field drawings package on the playing field page. 3D models can be pulled from the 2024 field CAD (also on the playing field page). 2025 field models will be available after Kickoff.
Tag Sticker Voucher
New to the Kit of Parts this year is a Virtual Kit voucher for a set of AprilTag Stickers from Swyft Robotics able to furnish a full 2025 playing field. This voucher will be available as a code in the FIRST Dashboard for lead mentor 1 and 2 after Kickoff.
